Tim M. Mayleben

Timothy M. Mayleben was most recently President and Chief Operating Officer and a Director of NightHawk Radiology Holdings, Inc., (NASDAQ: NHWK) the leading provider of off-hours radiology services to radiology groups across the U.S. Prior to this role he was an advisor to life science and healthcare companies through his advisory and investment firm, ElMa Advisors. Tim was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Esperion Therapeutics, now a division of Pfizer Global Research & Development. He joined Esperion in late 1998 as Chief Financial Officer. While at Esperion, Tim led the raising of more than $200 million in venture capital and institutional equity funding and later negotiated the acquisition of Esperion by Pfizer in December 2003. Prior to joining Esperion, Tim held various senior and executive management positions at Transom Technologies, Inc., now part of Electronic Data Systems, Inc., and Applied Intelligent Systems, Inc., which was acquired by Electro-Scientific Industries, Inc. in 1997. Tim holds a Masters of Management, with distinction, from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He is on the Advisory Board for the Wolverine Venture Fund and serves as a director of Aastrom Biosciences and Lycera Corporation.

Thomas S. Stribling

Thomas S. Stribling is President and Chief Executive Officer of Northampton Medical, LLC. Tom has more than 30 years experience in the health care and pharmaceutical industries. He was President, UCB Pharma, and Group Vice President, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, both U.S. divisions of large Belgian groups. He was Founder, Chairman and President of Northampton Medical, a company specializing in female health care and also Vice President of Whitby, Inc., the pharmaceutical division of Ethyl Corporation. He also served as President and CEO of Scandipharm, Inc. and DermaCo, Inc. Tom spent several years as Chairman of the Board of Advisory Directors at Legacy Securities Corporation, an Atlanta and Memphis-based investment-banking group. He served actively for 18 months as Vice Chairman of that business. He began his career as a sales representative for Pfizer, Inc., and spent ten years in positions of increasing responsibility in sales and sales management. Tom is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Alabama College of Commerce and Business Administration. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Matria Healthcare, Inc. (MATR, NASDAQ), an Atlanta-based public corporation that is a leading provider of comprehensive disease management services to health plans and employers.

J. Robert Mooney

J. Robert Mooney is Chief Financial Officer of the Mason School of Business, College of William & Mary and Vice Chairman of the Virginia Performing Arts Foundation. He was Chairman of American Healthcare from 2001 - 2006, a nursing home firm. From 1999 - 2001, Bob was President and CEO of Envera a business to business internet company. He was CFO of Ethyl Corporation, now New Market (NYSE:NEU) a chemical and petroleum company from 1997-2000. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand (Price Waterhouse Coopers) and served as an engagement partner for Philip Morris USA, AT&T and other Fortune 500 companies. He was Co-Chairman of National Manufacturing Program, a National Partner in the New York office and Business Assurance Partner. Bob consults with numerous technology and life science companies. He holds a BA from the College of William & Mary.

Gary L. Edwards

Gary L. Edwards was previously the Director - Risk Management of Dominion Energy Services Company, a subsidiary of Dominion Resources, Inc. (formerly VA Electric & Power Company). Gary began his career in 1970 with responsibilities for sales and marketing of electric heating, development of both gas and electric rates in the jurisdictions of Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia. He has testified numerous times concerning rate development matters and cogeneration tariff issues before the State Corporation Commission of Virginia, the North Carolina Utilities Commission, the West Virginia Public Service Commission, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Gary was also responsible for the development of solicitations and the associated contract negotiations for the procurement of capacity to meet company native load. He has negotiated in excess of 50 power purchase agreements with capacity payment requirements over the contract life in excess of $40 billion. Gary received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Milligan College, Johnson City, Tennessee.

T. Spencer Williamson IV

T. Spencer Williamson, IV is President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Intelliject, he spent 15 years with Guidant Corporation, now Boston Scientific Corporation. Spencer held positions in business development, sales, sales management, marketing and general management. He began his career in the Medical Devices and Diagnostics Division of Eli Lilly & Co. working in the business development group. In 1994, the business development group led the formation of Guidant Corporation that spun off from Eli Lilly & Co. After a successful tenure in Cardiac Rhythm Management sales, he took over the position of Regional Sales Manager in the same division. He then served as Director of Global Marketing for Guidant's $1.7B pacemaker and defibrillator business. Spencer’s most recent position with Guidant was Director of Operations for the western United States, a 120 person $250M business. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and a MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He was a Naval Officer for four years serving on a guided missile destroyer in the Pacific Fleet.
